Gregory “Greg” Warren Rouse II was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. He attended James Simmons Elementary for first grade and then went on to attend Porter-Gaud from second through twelfth grade. After graduating from Porter-Gaud in 2011, he pursued a degree in Business with a minor in Marketing at the University of South Carolina at Upstate.

After college, Greg attended Elon University School of Law from 2015 to 2017. During his time in law school, Greg completed a residency with a local law firm in Winston-Salem, NC. He also worked as a federal summer law clerk for the Honorable Judge Richard Gergel and clerked for a prominent law firm in Charleston, SC.
